I have to say thank you to Dennis Buteyn and everyone at the store for helping me buy the piano of my dreams in the most pleasant way imaginable. What a selection! Five Kawai 5-0 baby grands and several bigger Kawai grands, for example. I was also able to play two Shigeru Kawais as well as a Bosendorfer, Steinways, Schimmel grands and uprights, assorted Yamahas and even a vintage Baldwin. I had settled on a wonderful Kawai upright when Dennis made it possible for me to step up to a baby grand at a most affordable price, with delivery to South Florida included! The piano is here in my home now and I am in heaven. I recommend that anyone in the market for a piano see the West Michigan Piano website, which shows what they have in the showroom, and if possible pay them a visit. It was lucky for me that my Michigan friend suggested we stop in while I was in town.

I want you to know how impressed I am with your careful and considerate treatment of me as a customer. After an unhappy experience at (a competitor) I was forced to conclude that despite warranties (their manufacturer) seems to disclaim responsibility for it's product and refers the customer BACK to the dealer.
